New Energy Crisis: Exploding Demand of AI & Crypto

Thursday, May 1st, 2025 - 7:00-8:30 pm

Norway House - 913 East Franklin Avenue, Minneapolis, MN 55404

As Artificial Intelligence and Cryptocurrency rapidly expand, they’re also accelerating a critical, but often overlooked issue: energy consumption. While tech giants and financial institutions race ahead, most of us are only beginning to understand the profound implications this digital revolution has on global energy supply.

Join us at Norway House for an illuminating conversation that unpacks the complex intersection of technology, finance, and sustainability. Minnesota Peace Initiative founder Janet Dolan will lead a compelling discussion with expert panelists, introducing these elusive yet urgent concepts in an accessible and thought-provoking way.

Whether you’re curious about the future of AI, concerned about the energy grid, or simply eager to better understand the world around you—this symposium offers essential insights into a fast-developing global issue.
